Plant & Associates Appraisal Services Inc. is a full service real estate appraisal firm which provides a variety of valuation services within the Peace regions of both North-Western Alberta and North-Eastern British Columbia.

Our appraisal reports are accepted by all Canadian chartered banks, local credit unions and other major lenders.  We have completed valuation assignments for Centract Settlement Services, Nationwide Appraisal Services (NAS), Solidifi, Conspect Service Corp., FNF Canada, RPS Real Property Solutions and Wiechert Relocation Services.

We have also completed appraisal and expropriation reports for departments of federal, provincial and municipal governments.  Our reports have been accepted as evidence at arbitration hearings and by the Court of Queen’s Bench.

About

Plant & Associates is the only appraisal firm with offices in Grande Prairie, Peace River, Dawson Creek and Fort St. John.  We are Associate Members of the Grande Prairie Association of Realtors, Alberta West Realtors Association, BC Northern Real Estate Board, and the Northern Lights Real Estate Board.

Plant and Associates was founded in Grande Prairie, Alberta in 2006 with two appraisers focused on commercial appraisals.  We have quickly grown to four offices with a staff including five– AACIs (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute), and two – DARs (Designated Appraiser Residential – CNAREA).

While we offer residential, commercial, and agricultural property appraisals, we also offer depreciation reports for strata councils in British Columbia and reserve fund studies for condominium corporations in Alberta.

GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB and PEACE RIVER, AB

Plant & Associates provides direct and expedient servicing of the Peace area within North-Western Alberta from its two offices located in Grande Prairie, AB and Peace River, AB.

Our service area within north-western Alberta includes all communities located within the Peace, including Grande Cache, AB north to Rainbow Lake, AB.  We also service Fox Creek, AB north to Fort Vermilion, AB.

Offices in British Columbia

DAWSON CREEK, BC and FORT ST. JOHN, BC

Plant & Associates has two offices in British Columbia which are located in the cities of Dawson Creek and Fort St. John.

The offices in BC provide service to the entire Peace River Regional District (PRRD) including the municipalities of:

CHETWYND

TUMBLER RIDGE

… and all the rural areas located within the PRRD.

The BC offices also provide industrial and commercial property valuations in the northerly community of FORT NELSON, BC.
