Plant & Associates is the only appraisal firm with appraisers in Grande Prairie, Peace River, and the Peace country area within North-Eastern British Columbia.  We are Associate Members of the Grande Prairie Association of Realtors, BC Northern Real Estate Board, and the Northern Lights Real Estate Board.

Plant and Associates was founded in Grande Prairie, Alberta in 2006 with two appraisers focused on commercial appraisal assignments.  We have since grown into a staff which includes AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute), DAR (Designated Appraiser Residential – CNAREA), and candidate level appraisers.

While offer property appraisals for all real property types, depreciation reports for strata councils in British Columbia and reserve fund studies for condominium corporations in Alberta.
